The Hopkinton Health Department is sponsoring an intern from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health that is researching immune system dysregulation and dysfunction caused by COVID-19. As part of their research, they have created a survey for Hopkinton residents and are asking for your feedback.
Participation in the survey is anonymous, and responses will be confidential. The survey has a maximum of 36 questions and should take 5 minutes or less to complete.
