The Hopkinton Community Preservation Committee Accepting Applications for project ideas. Applications are due no later than October 12, 2023.
The Hopkinton Community Preservation Committee was established in 2001 to identify the Town’s needs, capabilities and resources with regard to community preservation. The CPC considers proposals made by groups and individuals to ensure they meet the criteria of the law, benefit the community, and are financially feasible. The Committee then makes recommendations to Annual Town Meeting.
Projects allowable under the CPC include the creation and preservation of open
space, the preservation of historic sites, the creation and preservation of affordable
housing and the creation and preservation of outdoor recreational facilities.
