November 1, 2022
- Officer Sean McKeon assisted Hopkinton Fire Department on Elm Street
- A Wedgewood Drive caller reported multiple speeding cars and requested an officer patrol the area.
- Officer Shannon Beloin responded to a hit and run on West Main Street. No injuries were reported.
- Sergeant Tim Brennan assisted a construction crew with taking down a detour sign.
- Officers responded to a male who was possibly intoxicated smashing things in a store and swearing. The party reportedly crossed the street to Alltown Fresh and was sent home in an Uber.
- A fire alarm was activated in a John Matthew Road home. Officers responded but were cancelled enroute. Caller reports her husband was cooking.
- A Wallcott Street caller reported a white utility van was driving erratically. Officers responded and found the van parked and unoccupied.
November 2, 2022
- Officers made an arrest on Oliver Lane. The suspect was charged with Driving Under the Influence, Marked Lanes Violation, Failing to Yield, and Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
- A walk-in found keys and provided them to the Detail Officer, who later returned them to their owner.
- Officer Cody Normandin took a complaint of identity theft.
November 3, 2022
- A Lakeshore Drive caller reported 12 unoccupied vehicles parked in the Sandy Beach lot. Officer Nicholas Saletnik investigated and concluded they were from nearby construction workers.
- Officer Tyler Staback assisted a walk-in who wished to file a complaint in a civil dispute.
- Officer Tyler Staback assisted HFD with a complaint of a natural gas odor in Pinecrest Village.
- A Main Street caller reported cars constantly speeding downtown.
- A Legacy Farms caller reported seeing a white male in his 20’s walk into the woods with a 5 year old boy. Officer Nicholas Saletnik checked the area and reported a negative find.
November 4, 2022
- Officer Alexander Stewart responded to a caller on Revolutionary Way reporting multiple vehicles parked in handicap spaces without placards. Tickets were issued.
- A Cedar Street caller reported ongoing traffic problems with a traffic light cycle. The situation was checked and the light appeared to be functioning properly.
- Officer Brittany Firth assisted a walk-in with a report of a stolen plate.
- Officers Normandin and Staback responded to a two-car accident on Spring Street. Wreckers were called and towed the vehicles away.
- Officer Evan Brooks responded to a caller reporting that she has lost a set of keys this past month.
- A 911 caller reported a tow truck driving erratically and without plates. Officers responded and spoke with the driver.
- An Edge Hill caller reported smoke from their dishwasher. Officers responded; HFD on the scene.
November 5, 2022
- A Lumber Street caller reported three suspicious individuals hanging outside of a house. Officers reported them gone on arrival.
- A Greystone Lane caller reported an unknown vehicle parked in his driveway. Officers were cancelled enroute when the caller reported his father had authorized the vehicle’s owner to park there.
- A Fruit Street caller reported an illegal dumping of two matresses. DPW was notified.
- A Courtney Circle caller reported a deer died on their deck. Animal Control was contacted.
- Officers assisted HFD with a reported lawnmower on fire.
- Officer Matthew LaTour helped a South Street caller with a suspicious odor. All clear; painting was going on nearby.
- An East Main Street caller reported a bull on the side of the road. Officers responded and the animal was gone on arrival.
- A Spring Street caller reported witnessing a group of teens leaving a party who started vandalizing mailboxes. Officers canvassed the neighborhood and reported the teens gone on arrival.
November 6, 2022
- A Glen Road resident reported teens playing Ding Dong Ditch and screaming throughout the neighborhood. Officer Alexander investigated and the teens were gone on arrival.
- A School Street caller reported suspicious activity. Officer Alexander spoke with the neighbor who had been raking her leaves.
- Officer Tim Brennan mediated a dispute between a tenant and owner of a house regarding a vehicle.
- A caller reported observing a hit and run while shopping.
- Officer Matthew LeTour responded to an East Main Street caller who reported a bull in the area. The area was checked, and the bull ran off into the woods.
November 7, 2022
- Officer Shannon Beloin responded to two-car accident on West Main Street. No injuries were reported.
- A caller filed a complaint of a party not observing COVID best practices at their office. The caller was advised to contact building management and the Board of Health for further assistance.
- Officer Brittany Firth took a fraud report via phone.
- A caller reported that she fell into a well and scraped her leg. Officer Matthew LeTour offered to send medical assistance, but the caller declined.
- A Hayden Rowe caller found a credit card. The owner was contacted and came to the station to retrieve.
- A walk-in reported he was bit by a dog while running.
- Officer Dennis Basit took a complaint of a moving truck that had been parked in the area of Daniel Shays Road for two days with running lights on. The vehicle was parked legally, there were workers in the area.
- Officers responded to a report of a young boy sitting under a tree on Hayden Rowe. The area was checked with a negative find.
- Officer Matthew LeTour checked on a stopped vehicle on Hayden Rowe. The driver was playing Pokemon Go. They were sent on their way.
