The Hopkinton Women’s Club recently donated $900 of Price Chopper gift cards to Project Just Because for the Hopkinton Food Pantry. Presenting the donation to PJB President Cherylann Walsh is Nancy Gibbs, a member of the club.
Nancy and several other members spend many many hours volunteering at Project Just Because.
The Hopkinton Women’s Club has served our community since 1920, and each month they coordinate a donation for a worthy Hopkinton charity. In September HWC donated 38 backpacks to PJB for their “Back to School” program, and in October a donation went to the Hopkinton Public Library to buy books on women and domestic abuse.
