Mannan is a business executive focused on data and AI strategy for large healthcare organizations. He holds an undergraduate degree in engineering and an MBA in finance.

Key Achievements and Priorities:

While serving his first term on the Select Board, Mannan has taken the lead on several of Hopkinton’s most pressing issues.

Water Quality and Infrastructure: In 2022, Mannan spearheaded the formation of a PFAS Committee focused on accelerating the remediation of the contaminants in water supplies. He helped establish the Water and Sewer Advisory Board to oversee the MWRA and water and sewer rates and pricing.
