Petros “Peter” Sismanis, owner of Hillers Pizza, appeared in Framingham District Court on December 13, accused of indecent assault of a minor and witness intimidation. The charges are based on an incident involving a young female employee.
At a previous hearing, Judge McGrath condemned the District Attorney for failing to give potentially exonerating evidence to the defense. Today, Sismanis’ lawyer asked to suppress some of the evidence in the case.
