Residents have raised numerous concerns about reckless jet ski activity on Lake Maspenock, particularly near Sandy Beach. The common issues reported revolve around speeding jet skiers approaching too close to swimmers.

Unsafe jet ski usage on Lake Maspenock is a substantial and recurring problem, most notably with respect to safety, where swimmers are present, after-hours disturbances, and noise. Local authorities and the LMPA are already addressing these issues, but community awareness and reporting are essential for improving conditions.
