ARRESTS

  • On November 14, 2022, 41-year old Andrea Magalhaes de Aquino of Blackstone, MA was arrested on charges of an outstanding warrant. The driver was also cited for failing to yield, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and an expired inspection sticker. The owner of the vehicle was contacted to pick up the vehicle.

November 8, 2022

  • Officer Kiley Davis responded to a suspicious activity report of an Escalade parked on Palomino Drive. The vehicle was full of people, who exited the car and began walking toward Saddle Hill Road.
  • Officers responded to an accident on Grove Street. No injuries were reported.
  • Officer Tim Brennan assisted with a disabled motor vehicle on Hayden Rowe.

November 9, 2022

  • A Clinton Street resident called 911 to report his car alarm was going off for no reason. Officers responded and checked the area with a negative find. The homeowner was advised.
  • A Chestnut Street caller reported glass in the roadway. DPW was advised.
  • Officer Tyler Staback responded to an accident on Woodview Drive. No injuries were reported.
  • Officer Matthew Santoro provided a courtesy transport to a student from the high school.
  • A walk-in requested to speak with an officer regarding people putting drugs in her mailbox.

November 10, 2022

  • A Auciello Drive caller reported many persons dressed in black in her woods. Officer Staback responded and confirmed that State Patrol was performing K-9 training. All was OK.
  • A Price Street caller reported a man going door to door. Officer LaTour responded and checked the area with a negative find.
  • A West Main Street caller reported an accident involving a deer. A tow truck was called and the deer had to be put down.
  • Officer Stanley took a request from Marlborough PD to keep a juvenile at the station until his grandmother could pick him up.

November 11, 2022

  • A walk-in reported stolen jewelry. The property is likely missing.
  • A Spring Street caller reported a black pickup truck parked in her driveway. Two male parties exited the vehicle and were making a lot of noise. The call was cancelled enroute; the caller reported it was a delivery driver and all was well.
  • A caller reported she had struck a deer. No injuries were reported.

November 12, 2022

  • A walk-in reported an email scam. He indicated that scammers have no sensitive information but would like the incident logged for future reference. The walk-in was given information to help prevent future fraud.
  • A walk-in reported a lost cell phone.
  • A West Main Street resident called 911 to report unwanted persons in his house. Officers responded and spoke with all parties involved.
  • Officer Saletnik responded to a 911 call involved an erratic driver on East Main Street. The area was checked with a negative find.
  • Multiple callers reported a single car crash versus a pole. No injuries were reported, and a courtesy transport was provided.
  • Officers responded to a report of a gray van following young females from the Price Chopper toward downtown. The suspects were identified as two males in their mid to late twenties. The area was checked and the suspects were gone on arrival.

November 13, 2022

  • A caller reported a Hiller’s delivery driver was driving erratically. Officer Ekross responded and spoke with the operator.

November 14, 2022

  • Officer Grimley observed an 18-wheeler in the back of a South Street business. It was a delivery driver and all was OK.
  • Officer Grimley observed a vehicle stopped on Downey Street. The driver stated he was drowsy and had pulled over. All was OK.
  • Officer Tyler Staback responded to a two-car accident on West Main Street. No injuries were reported.
  • A Norcross Road caller reported an illegal dumping. A table was found on Town property; DPW was contacted and will remove.
  • A 911 caller reported a dog struck in the road. Baypath was notified and dispatched to the scene.
  • Officer Cody Normandin assisted a driver that had run out of gas.
