Hopkinton Women’s Club members donated their time to help Dignity Matters, a Westborough, MA, non-profit organization providing period poverty relief through hygiene product bundles for needy women.
On March 20, members helped distribute menstrual care products, bras, and underwear to homeless and underprivileged women and girls. On March 25, they assisted with sorting donations at the Hopkinton Chapter warehouse.
Dignity Matters provides needy women and girls with free menstrual products, bras, and underwear. The organization serves over 16,000 women and girls throughout Massachusetts.
It collaborates with schools, shelters, food pantries, and medical centers to ensure that no woman or girl has to experience the health risks and indignities associated with period poverty.
