July 14
- A 911 caller reported a gray Toyota SUV driving erratically and crossing double yellow lines on W Main St. Officer Santoro was unable to locate the vehicle.
- Caller stated she has broken down and has called AAA for a tow. She was able to move the vehicle to the side as she waited.
- A walk-in reported that a coyote killed a wild turkey in his backyard.
- A 911 caller reported an accident on W Main St. There were no injuries.
- A caller reported that the contents of a package had been stolen approximately an hour before the call. Officer Walker checked the neighborhood and nearby security cameras.
- Officer Vaz checked with a driver who was reported for erratic operation. Everything appeared to be okay.
July 15
- A 911 caller reported a white Audi driving in circles around the rotary on Woodview Way. When officers arrived, they advised the operator to head home.
- Officer Walker removed a metal scrap on Elm St. that was reported to be causing a road hazard. DPW was contacted to remove the remaining debris.
- A walk-in reported stolen property from a construction site.
- Officer Burchard responded to a fire alarm activation on Hayden Rowe St. with the FD.
- A walk-in turned in a wallet.
- A caller reported their prescription meds were destroyed.
- Officer Cappuccio responded to a report of three dogs locked in an SUV with all the windows up. The owner came out and left prior to Cappuccio’s arrival.
- A concerned mother reported that a 15-year-old was acting erratically in a store, saying some concerning things to her daughter. After responding and speaking with the clerk who witnessed the situation, officers proceeded to the home of the 15-year-old.

July 16
- A caller stated that they picked up a load off someone’s property yesterday, and there was a gun in the load.
- Officer Santoro and Walker responded to a fire alarm activation on Main Street.
- A vehicle stalled out on Grove St. Officer Walker was able to give them a jump.
- A passerby reported a landscape company taking up a lane of travel on W Main St. Officer Quinzani responded, and the landscapers moved the vehicle into the driveway.
- A walk-in turned in a wallet she found in Milford.
- A 911 caller reported an accident with no injuries. The FD was requested for airbag deployment.
- Multiple calls reported people locked in the state park.
July 17
- A caller was seeking to speak with an officer regarding a no-trespassing order.
- A large black dog, possibly a Great Dane, was reported loose on Proctor St.
- Officer Ziniti checked on a disabled vehicle on W Elm St. The owner had already contacted AAA.
- Officer Ziniti issued a written warning for failure to stop.
- A walk-in wanted to discuss a verbal altercation he had become involved in in another town.
- The Bellingham PD reported a prior hit-and-run incident involving a Hopkinton resident. The residence was under construction, and it did not appear that anyone was home.
July 18
- A caller stated that her smoke/CO alarm was going off, but she did not see any smoke or fire. Officer Matos advised her to evacuate as the FD responded.
- A caller reported a loose dog on Pleasant Street. It was described as being 20-30 pounds with brown, curly fur.
- Multiple 911 calls reported a head-on accident on Ash St. with an airbag deployment. No one was injured.
- Caller reported a road rage incident that took place a few cars in front of her, where a pick-up truck almost rear-ended another vehicle.
- A walk-in requested non-firearms fingerprints.
- Caller reported 4 or 5 juveniles on bicycles doing wheelies on Hayden Rowe St.
July 19
- A caller stated she received a bill from Golden Pond, but had never done business with them, and she does not live in town. She was advised not to send the money and to wait for an officer to contact her on how to proceed.
- A caller reported a low-hanging wire on Main St.
- A passerby reported a loose mixed-breed dog on Main St.
- A caller reported she had 4 bikes on the bike rack of her car when she left her vacation spot, but only 3 when she arrived home. She believed the bike fell off somewhere along the way.
- Officer Cappuccio came across some kids in the middle of Grove St. who were not wearing shirts or shoes. They stated they were looking for their loose dog. The parents eventually found the dog, and the kids headed home.
- A caller reported a tortoise that had just been hit by a vehicle on Twin Island Rd. When Officer Ziniti responded, the tortoise was not there, so it must have returned to the water.
July 20
- A caller reported a white pit bull in the middle of Hayden Rowe St., disrupting traffic.
- Officer Vaz assisted the FD with a CO alarm activation. No one was feeling ill, and the house was evacuated upon arrival.
- Officer Burchard and Manning issued parking violations on Lakeshore Dr.
- A caller reported a driver in front of him was all over the road and ran the red light on Chestnut St. The vehicle then parked at a residence.
- A 911 caller reported that a bobcat had been hit by a car on E. Main St. The DPW was contacted to remove the animal.
- A caller stated a woodchuck attacked her dog, and her husband had to kill it. ACO was contacted.
